Biofeedback Basic Coaching Skills Workshop
The Biofeedback Coach five week telephone conference call coaching workshop covers the following techniques:
- Active Listening Skills
- Reflective Listening Skills
- How to effectively Support Others
- How to effectively Endorse Others
- How to effectively Thank Others
- Effectively Offering Choices
- Making Empowering Requests
- Making Empowering Assignments
- Using Contracts to effect change
- Thinking and Acting "As If"
- Reframing and Refocusing
- Asking Powerful Questions followed by Empowering Pauses
The prerequisite for this workshop is the completion of the Professional Ethics correspondence course covering the following materials:
- Values Clarification Inventory and exercises
- Your Gifts
- The Things You Love To Do
- Mission Statements and Codes of Ethics
- Informed Consent Forms
The fees for this workshop covers the cost of all materials and five (5) telephone conference sessions with your group and the group facilitator. Individual sessions may be arranged with a facilitator for an additional fee. Workshop sessions are held over the telephone by entering a telephone conference room provided for workshop participants. Information about entering and using the telephone conference room will be sent to all applicants upon enrolling in the class.
When you register you will be given links to the study material and information on how to access our telephone conference call system to participate in group functions. All of the assignments for the Professional Ethics correspondence course must be completed prior to the first telephone conference call workshop. All meetings are held in the conference room. No traveling is required.
